The Two Most Common Concerns About Joining A Business Accountability Community

Chances are that if you landed here, you’re considering joining an online business accountability , and you may have some valid objections about joining a specific community.

In my decade of running my business coaching practice, I have both led and been part of various masterminds and online business accountability communities. And during this time, I’ve realized that not all communities are created equal – and sometimes you’re right to have some reservations – but there are also times when those objections may be the very thing that’s keeping your business from exponential growth.

In this article, you’ll learn about:

- The two most common concerns about joining a business accountability community

- A vetted online business accountability community that’s been described as the best one out there for service-based entrepreneurs

Let’s dive right in!

The two most common concerns about joining a business accountability community

By now, you may have done some extensive research about online business accountability communities and how they can help you grow your business, and you may have thought to yourself: “Yes - this sounds like exactly what I need.”

And then the objections below came flooding in.

1. I don’t have time to devote to an online business accountability community

As a high-achieving entrepreneur, I know that you are extremely busy. And that busyness may very well be the very thing that’s stunting the growth of your business.

At a certain level in business, you hit a point where you no longer know (or are expected to know how to do everything) - it’s at this level that it becomes imperative for you to invest in people, time, and resources to grow to the next level.

It’s at this juncture that you have to ensure that you also make time to work on your business vs. in it, taking on a more strategic leadership role in your company.

In Business Growth Achievers - A vetted business accountability community for high-achieving, independent service-based entrepreneurs. - Our members are actively working on getting out of the day-to-day of their business and shifting their focus to higher-level tasks so they can work smarter and not harder.

Our members dedicate time to work on their businesses vs. in them using our proven process that frees up time and increases profits. Together they hold each other accountable and keep each other focused on their bigger visions. During our mastermind dinners and on our exclusive BGA member’s platform - they also get to receive and share resources and support about best practices and proven strategies for growth.

By being part of an online business accountability community like this one, you will save hours of time and a lot of money.

So what I’m trying to say here is that you do not have time to NOT be in an online business accountability community or mastermind – the future of your business may very well depend on it.

2. Why pay for a business accountability community when you can put one together yourself?

Yes, absolutely, you can put an informal business accountability community together, but that means you’ll have to invest your valuable time (which you're already short on) to find the right people to be in your community. You’ll also have to take time to organize and coordinate everyone’s schedules.

All of the above takes away valuable time and bandwidth from working on the growth of your business. And as we all know - time is money, which means the logistical time spent on putting together and running the informal online business accountability community will cost you time and, thus, money.

The other caveat with running or being part of an informal online business accountability community is that there is a bigger chance for people to lose focus or lose interest and be less invested as time goes on.

You’ll also have to think about who’ll be moderating each meeting, which means the moderator runs the risk of not getting their own needs met.

Another complaint that clients of mine who decided to join Business Growth Achievers after being part of an informal online business accountability community have is that the conversations were not well moderated, and thus, participants felt frustrated and started to feel like they were not getting great results and benefits out of the community. Which led to them realizing that the community was a waste of time.

When you pay to be part of an online business accountability community, the organizer/moderator of the community will take care of all the logistics and ensure that the community stays focused and get the desired results they expect - this means that you can just show up and receive all the benefits without spending any time or unnecessary bandwidth on anything other than getting your business needs met.

So as you can see – paying to be part of an online business accountability community can save you time and, thus, money in the long run.
