How To Get The Most Out Of Your Evergreen Content

When it comes to evergreen content, the best advice I can give all my clients is: Repost, repost, repost!

When you invest in evergreen content (especially video), you should be sharing it more than one time. So many people worry about posting the same thing twice, but if you have new people looking at your brand and your content constantly, you need to make sure that piece of content you spent time and money on reaches them!

Reframe Failure As A Way To Improve Your Business Processes

I think failure has really helped me improve as a leader. Last year I hired someone who wasn’t the right fit, and what I’ve learned from the experience has improved my leadership skills by tenfold.

Re-examining my hiring process, as well as my onboarding and management skills has led me to some big a-ha moments and, ultimately, more successful team relationships.

Why Repeatable Processes Can Help You Get More Streamlined And Strategic

My biggest tip for getting more organized and strategic is to build repeatable processes.

I don’t consider myself a very organized person (hello ADHD), but my clients often comment on how they love my organization! That’s because what they’re seeing is a system I’ve created that I’ve gone through time and time again.

Creating a system that works and using it as a guide alleviates the stress of “what’s next” in the client workflow.
